Prior to immersing herself in real estate, Monica was a senior banker with a top New York bank where she honed her negotiating and problem-solving skills. She specialized in power, telecom, and infrastructure project finance in Asia and the Americas. Previous to her banking career, she was treasurer of the largest company in the Philippines. Her attention to detail, unflappable demeanor, and fair dealing have helped her become a successful deal closer. These experiences enhanced her ability to understand a variety of cultures and disciplines, appreciate multiple perspectives, and help bring everyone together toward a successful deal that satisfies each one's goal.
